Jason Gardner is my go-to service consultant and he, again, did not disappoint. I came in for a software upgrade recall and, in the process, it was discovered that a chunk of the onboard computer needed replacing. Jason provided me a loaner and kept me updated as the part was located and procured. It wound up taking longer than anyone would have imagined, but ... it was nice driving a '25 Atlas while it lasted :). And he even had my Atlas washed and vacuumed! Jason is the best full-service service consultant with whom I've dealt over the years. Also, a shout-out to Sarah who, while Jason was temporarily otherwise occupied, took care of me. Thank you!

Customer service was great; maybe an additional source of shuttle can be beneficial - one designated for drop-off and one designated for pick-up

I will give 5 stars to Chris but 4 stars for Vw Dealership and managers as they have lost soft touch with customers and had to jump through a lot of hoops and emails from Emailing CEO and hold customer care calls for unjustly charged duplicated labor for class action lawsuit involving water pump

Nehal, As you described part of your repairs were covered under a warranty extension and some additional repairs were not. We did adjust for over lapping labor. I at the dealership level can not change the terms of a class action lawsuit. Sincerely, Swen Schraml Service and Parts Director

Service team was great. The salesman that sold us on the additional 40k oil change promised it would be worth it because they would replace the spark plugs as part of the 40k mile checkup. Apparently that was a complete lie and the story changed. The service team was not willing to honor this which was frustrating. It is a good thing this was my last covered oil change so I can go somewhere else for service now.

Ryan, Thank you for your candid feed back. Spark plugs are not due on your vehicle until 60,000 miles. I'm sorry the sales department provided you with inaccurate information.
