I had an excellent experience at Vanguard VW. I recently purchased a new to me 2022 Atlas Cross Sport and it was time for my first scheduled maintenance. Jenny, my service advisor, was outstanding. She was easy to talk to and made sure everything went smoothly. She took the time to explain the different maintenance items that were due for my 60,000 mile service and I felt good about having them all performed. The whole place had a great vibe and I felt taken care of from start to finish. I really appreciate the top notch service experience and I will definitely be returning next year for my 70,000 mile service. Highly recommended!

Chris in services was awesome! I had an issue with my VW steering wheel. He let me know that it was a common error, vehicle was under warranty, and said they would have it fixed asap! The part was not at the store but he had it shipped next day and installed first thing. I also let Chris know I needed to get back home due to being on call for work he got me set up immediately with a nice VW vehicle to drive until my vehicle was done. I also had custom paddle shifters on my old steering wheel that I knew needed to be taken off for the new steering wheel. I thought I would have to re install them but Chris took his time to make sure the car was returned to me with the paddle shifters installed back onto my brand new steering wheel. The VW staff managing Service is the best I have seen in my 51 years of driving with various vehicles. Absolutely the best. Specifically Jenny Burge manages the process of repair with excellent detail, and perfect followup during the process so I know what's going on and looks out for any unnecessary expense. Just the best is all I can say.
