The service writer and the servicing of my VW was top notch. They took care of my needs and addressed my concerns and Curtis was friendly and professional. My only complaint is I was allowed to set an appointment time online, but it was still “first come, first serve”. So my oil change took 2 hours. If I knew that, I could have been first in line on a Saturday
