Our sales guy was very nice and very professional. The main reason for the low rating is our experience dealing with The manager/GM (can’t remember his name) he was beyond rude and a total bully. He came in the office acting rude from the get go. I was ready to get up and leave after the interaction with him, my husband is the only reason we stayed and still purchased the vehicle. Also I was not happy that we were told an interest rate by the “GM” and then 10 minutes later in finance they told us another rate, if we wouldn’t have caught it we would have had a 2%+ higher interest rate than we had agreed too.
