I took my car in for repairs which cost way more than I expected. Jenny helped me get on a payment plan which was great. As the repair was happening, they noticed I had another expensive repair that needed to be fixed. Jenny quoted the labor, kept me informed, and almost seemed as concerned with me getting my vehicle fixed as I was. She's the reason I'm going to be passing by the Onion Creek location for the Burnet location. Thank you Jenny.

I went for my 1st oil change. The service dept staff welcomed me, told me it would take 45 min to 1 hr and told me where to wait. The waiting area was quiet, neat & clean. I was delighted when they finished my car in exactly 1 hr, & they ran it thru the car wash! Great service.

The customer service at Vanguard was second to none after the worst experience I had at the Clear Lake VW (apparently the largest VW dealership). Sarah delivered an exceptional customer service and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Although they couldn’t find anything wrong, but they went above and beyond to ensure everything was checked and in the mean time I was able to get a loaner ( the new Tiguan). It’s this type of customer service that ensures my loyalty to the VW brand.

First of all, the "new" vehicle was given to me with cosmetic defects ( hood, paint chin on rear bumper, scratch in the drivers seat, and rear emblem has a scratch on it as well)
