When I arrived I informed William that l iive in Lockhart and needed to leave as early as possible. I was told it would take aboutv1xhrm. While I was on the phone, I received a call from someone who did not leave a message. I did no realize it was the service dept until almostv2 hrs later. I was next door in the waiting room, and no one came to notify me my car was ready. So I wasted 2 hrs sitting around while I could have been on my way out of town and missed heavy school traffic. I WAS NOT happy!
