    No loaner. No working restrooms in the customer lounge. Rundown lounge with no amenities. One person running shuttle service so extremely inconvenient. Service attitude is to push back on anything covered by warranty and attempt to get you to pay additional.

    Mr. Nimri, I do apologize for the bathroom situation we are currently getting bids to have a new sewer line installed all the way to the middle of Burnet Road. It is not a simple repair. I'm a little bit confused by your comment about pushing back on warranty work. Your 10,000 service and all the repairs were covered and I do not see any recommendations your vehicle.
