    Sales negotiators was aggressive and not transparent. Delivery prep was rushed to make the sale. Sales Rep failed on follow up when issues were found within the first week.

    Sarah Torres, my service writer last Saturday, was absolutely a huge help and was happy to help me with getting everything addressed under a time restriction. She was incredible and I'll be returning back because of her :). Not only is she informative, but very knowledgeable which is a huge plus. Hopefully she's addressed in the service dept. because they are lucky to have her.

    I took my 2022 Taos in to see if there were any updates available to the Engine control module. 1 hour labor was approved if there was an update available and it was not covered under federal emissions warranty. There was no update available and I was still charge the full hour labor instead of a reduced rate to cover the technicians time for looking. I never received an update throughout the day, No inspection or notes to justify the reasoning for charging an hour of diagnostic time. Tech claimed vehicle was test driven, but there was no variation in mileage. As a Mazda/Subaru/ASE master certified tech myself, I would not charge the customer the full "diagnostic fee" when no actual diagnostics were performed. I was going to buy a stock of oil filters and other maintenance items at this store, but I will be going elsewhere to purchase them.
