My battery went dead (6 years old so that’s a long life) and I jump started the car and drove in unannounced. The staff understood the situation and they fit me in quicker than I expected. Nice waiting room, nice selection of vehicles to browse on the lot, too.

Negotiated price and ease with working with them was better than most other area dealers, however the manager backed out of our final handshake agreement and raised my overall cost by about $760 when I later asked for a copy of the offer, which I requested after I had left the dealership to pick up my wife for signing. In the end I went ahead with the purchase because it was still lower than other dealers I had contacted and because I was invested, but I am still unhappy about their ethics.

I chose 4 stars because when I picked up my car after my repair my check engine light was on. Which obviously had me concerned if my car was test drove after the repair. The service tech was able to diagnose and fix in the parking lot but it made me question the overall repair and assessment post repair.
