Jenny is super efficient and on it! I have always had good experience from the mechanics/technicians. However no video was sent during the service inspection as was done in the past. I like that feature; hope its still in use.

Everyone was very helpful when I arrived for my scheduled appointment. Check in was easy and smooth. I chose to stay and wait while my car was serviced with a routine oil change. It is a little frustrating that even though I had a scheduled appointment, it still took two hours to complete. But overall, happy with my experience.

My service consultant was very communicative throughout the entire experience. While my car was in the shop longer than originally anticipated, the reason for this was communicated and confirmed that it would be ok. The second promised time was accurate. My consultant also walked me through all of the issues and shared video to better explain. Being able to review the maintenance both online and on the phone/in person with my rep was very helpful.
