She even looks for any recalls or extra warranty I am entitled to. VW Service Department is a fine tuned operation all around from the time I pull in until the time I leave the parking park. I always choose Vanguard Volkswagen, as their service is fast and their employees always take great care of their customers. When I walked in for my 20k mile maintenance check, Will immediately helped me out and took care that my car received the service fast and after asking for a car wash, he didn’t hesitate and made sure I will also receive a car wash, so I could leave with a clean and well serviced car that day. Really great service and experience overall.
