I really liked that I could drop my car off for service without an appointment. My car was finished within a few hours and with a nice car wash. William, the service rep was professional and friendly. He helped me with getting my car in for service with no fuss. Look forward to bringing my car back for annual services next year.

Just from the first experience, Vanguard Volkswagen is a great dealership. Coming from Hewlett over in Georgetown the experience is 10 times better. With my previous vehicle, I had to constantly go back to the service department due to sensor errors after repairs. It took them weeks to even fix the problem so I decided to give Vanguard a try to hope and see if the experience was better. And instantly I can see they’re more organized and definitely more experience than some of the Hewlett people. Definitely will be coming back.
