It was a great experience, my sales rep Symphoni Nixon did an excellent job shepherding me through the entire process from the test drive to signing the lease. She even held my favorite color care for a few extra days while I got my trade-in title collected. I will be sending her referrals in the future!

I bought the 2020 VW Golf from this dealership in December of 2023; at that time they forced me into buying this close to $2000 package which was tied to all their used cars.’this package included a few perks and one of them was a free first oil change. I called two weeks before going there and they confirmed the free oil change. I showed up to get my oil changed and this dealership claimed to not have any record of me ever purchasing the car from them, nor the fast that this extra package was part of my car’s price. I ended up talking to 3 people who simply didn’t help nor did they feel sorry or tried to resolve this. I ended up paying for the oil change. I don’t like being lied to and taken advantage of and if there was another VW dealership closer to me-I would go to them in hopes that they won’t be liars and thieves.

This place is so disorganized. Not only do you always wait forever but what is the point of requesting services then they are not done? Last year I requested a state inspection - not done sorry we forgot you have to come back another day. This year? I told them before I need a new key fob. Oh it isn’t ordered. Then told I can “pick it up anytime” then told “you need a third appointment for this” that is just ridiculous. Horrible customer experience.

Vanguard has an amazingly efficient and incredibly caring staff. Sarah went above and beyond to maintain excellent communication about my vehicle and what she could do to accommodate any difficulty I experienced.
