    I was welcomed by the staff immediately after I arrived...the agent (service consultant) was nice and professional..quick to explain everything about how it's going to be..and the time necessary to do it. So it was nice.

    The staff were very friendly, particularly Will who checked me in. That being said, I had a 10AM appointment, but was told there would be an hour and a half plus wait when I arrived at 10. Apparently all but one technician had called out. I would've loved to be notified ahead of time so that I could reschedule if needed. Fortunately, I was able to shuttle home, but had to Uber back which was an unexpected expense. Also, the shuttle driver asked for my number/a date three different times (despite me declining) on the drive to my house from the dealership, which was uncomfortable since I was stuck in a car with him and he also now knows where I live. The car looked great when I picked it up, so ultimately, I got done what I needed, but it wasn't my favorite experience with the dealership, and I won't feel comfortable using the shuttle service again.

    Vanguard Volkswagen provides timely and excellent vehicle service, whether it is as simple as an oil change or tire rotation or as complex as replacing a transmission or engine. I would choose this dealership 10 out of 10 times to service and maintain my Atlas.
