    The questions I had the service person could not clearly answer or explain why I needed to pay $400+ for a battery so that it can be calibrated. I had to ask another person. 2nd, I have videod and written corporate showed the dealership where I bought the car at Hendricks or Frisco and now this service department that there is a safety issue with the locking feature when first opening another door other than the drivers door that can lock the doors and disable the use of the key fob. I almost lost my dog do to this. The person did not write or take the time to understand. Instead blew it off and said it’s just standard. No it’s a flaw and one that can be fatal. 3) I had a simple part of my left air vent that came off. And asked while they do the battery (1.5 hrs) that they would need to keep the car all day to put a little piece back in the vent. 4) while waiting, instead of staying in the service side, I went into the main part of the dealership. Although it was early, there was a team meeting with a lead from the sales department that was saying some inappropriate and harsh language In an attempt to motivate the sales people, it was uninviting and unpleasant to hear and see that’s how the people are treated. Basically I couldn’t wait to leave the dealership.

    Justin, Thank you for your candid feedback. Curtis is new to us but not to the business. I will review need for calibrating your vehicle to the new battery with him so he understands it better. As the vehicle's battery ages the vehicle adapts the charging rate to maintain a weaker older battery. If we do not tell the vehicle it has new battery and the specification of that battery it can charge the battery incorrectly. It usually over charges and lowers the life span of the new battery. To replace battery quickly, your went through our Express Team which is not set up to deal with your trim issue or the door issue. Our main shop is generally booked out 7 to 10 days.
