    Great and very personal service. I also had some questions about the batteries, recharging and range. I got expert answers, on the spot. That afternoon, when I remembered two other questions I forgot to ask. My call was returned that very afternoon. EXCELLENT service!

    My service advisor, Jenny does a great job of getting my service scheduled, time of service is estimated for me which helps with my planning and my car comes back to me shiny clean and ready to go. She is very good at her job.

    Most of my issues are with Volkswagen Corporate, but during this visit I requested and paid for a replacement key fob battery. My last question before leaving was a confirmation that it was completed. It was not. Within 24 hours I was getting a replace battery notice from the car. If this location of Volkswagen was attempting to turn the ship around, they failed to do so on this visit.

The good news is, I have reviewed your invoice and you were not charged for the key fob battery.
