If there's a sales person who I'm dealing with, the main text number, "pretending" to be someone and ends up being a different person. I get it, sales people need to be on the floor closing other sales since I'm just another number but coming from a sales industry, it's good to know I'm chatting with the person that sold me the vehicle/themself. I don't want to deal with other people that don't know if I stopped by or if I know where the location is at. Sales person was good but the "hand over" or whatever that was, was a big turn off.
