Parts of the negotiation process did not feel truthful. I came in requesting a specific special, initially they said it didn’t apply on the VIN, then they said it did but kept presenting me with numbers that didn’t align to the special. It wasn’t until the 4th offer that they explained the option of grounding the lease (for ~$2500-2900), as opposed to them taking my lease as a trade-in and charging $7500 in residual difference into the new lease. They also refused to negotiate on the dealer added services package. Multiple times I had to direct them to the fine print of the lease offer because they would say it had different terms. The only reason they get 4 stores is we did finally get close to the special (7.5k mi vs 10k mi it should have included).
